What Causes Pimple Like Rash Around Mouth And Chin?

I am in my late twenties. I have a pimple like rash around my mouth and chin. They are small bumps filled with clear fluid that pop, scab over and turn red. It is not itchy or painful. I've never had acne or any skin conditions before what could this be?
