What Causes Pimple Like Spots On Stomach And Breast?

I randomly keep getting pimple like spots first on stomach then 2 on breast 1 on should appearance is like a pimple never get more than 1 or 2 at a time. Now my husband has had 1 on back of leg 1 on hip an just today like 2 in armpit. What could this be starting to get worried married 12 years no one has strayed
