What Causes Pimple Like White Head On Vagina?

I have a pimple looking wit white head bout the width of a pencil earser on my vagina where the lips begin too form bellow my belly button.. I popped it and pus came out and blood keeps like refilling.. What could it be? Ive been tested for stds and I have nothing . I jus cant go to doctor
