What Causes Pimple On Groin Area Of A Newborn Baby?

I have a newborn baby, 10 days old, with a single zit/ppimple on his groin area. I m only concerned since I was diagnosed with hereps right before he was born. He was born c-section to be safe. Is this something that I should take him in for asap? Otherwise we have a dr. Appt. On Monday
