What Causes Pimple On The Penile Shaft Near Blood Vein?

i have a pimple growing on the the shaft of my penis near a blood vein , i google the symtoms of hpv and herpes and it looks different.

i will consult a doctor in my area but at the moment i am scared a bit .

note that i have recently had a small acne burst ( i am 21 )
