What Causes Pimple On The Vagina?

am 23 and have a one huge pimple on the outside of my vigina ..not in it. just one what is it.. it has never happened to me b4. i am scared i made an apppt. but please calm me down or tell me the truth do i have herpies ..its one huge pimple its strange doesnt really hurt or itch but i can feel it i know it is there HELP
