What Causes Pimple Sensation In Throat While Swallowing?

I do not have a soar throat just a sensation on the upper left side of my throat, can't figure out if it is a soar on the inside of my glad. Almost feels like a pimple or something, is that possible. Could it be an infection in my ear canal? I only get the sensation for split second after I swallow as if the glands move up after swallowing...I have had it for about a month now. No pain almost feels like a soft pin prick on the left side under the ear?
