What Causes Pimples In My Armpits?

I am having a problem with pimples in my arpits, on my stomach and on my arms and a few on my back. I havent had a problem with body acne before. I have tried treating it with rubbing alcohol last ngiht so no results yet but I am concerned as to why this is happening
