What Causes Pimples On Penis?

Hey i am 16 years old, male. I noticed for a year now that i have pimples on my penis skin... one of them is a little bit bigger and deeper inside the skin and really hard. They are mostly noticeable when my penis is erect. they are not red they are my skins color
