What Causes Pimples On Chest?

hello, I am 47 Years. I recently have small pimples below lower part of chest (left side only) and on the back-left part, exactly on the back part of chest. Before starting it was very painful. Once pimples are there , they are also very painful. Can any one help. Anuj Sharma
