What Causes Pimples On Face After Stopping Erytop Cream?

Respected Sir, I am 24yr old. I used to apply erytop cream for pimples and marks on my face regularly. It worked like magic.. but i observed when i stop using cream like once i get rid of pimples, i stopped using cream that resulted into more pimples on my face than earlier! Any reason? I visited a skin specialist.. he suggested me cream named Aloclin plus gel. and a face wash name d Hin Ana foamius.
