What Causes Pimples On Face And Fullness In Stomach?

I have had some strange symptoms and I'm not really sure what to make of it. My tummy by my belly button is hard, I have been getting pimples on my face, my nails are growing like crazy, I often feel blah after I eat, almost like I ate too much and that's only after small meals.
