What Causes Pimples On Labia?

Hi,My issue with pimples isn't over yet. My skin specialist confirmed that its not herpes and has done skin prick and blood test done. We found I am allergic to about 10-12 things. Bt I never had any issues before. How come it happened after using bikini razor? Is it possible, that I get pimples only on my labia because I am allergic to food items? I am being given injections to boost my immunity. Please suggest.
