What Causes Pimples On Penis Foreskin?

Hi....I am having problem with the foreskin of my penis.For the past few months i noticed white pimples on innerside of the foreskin of my penis Now they have grown & i even have pimples on the tip of my penis too.They are hurting me now.I don't know whether to consult a Sex specialist or a skin specialist.PLZ help!!!
