What Causes Pimples On The Vagina And Pubic Bone?

i have pimples on my vargina on the pubic bone area they are stressing me but they are not painfull except for one i just got this morning right at the bottom its not itching but painfull and irritating,when i squeze them they secret pus but the pain full one does not have pus.
