What Causes Pimples On Vaginal Area Post Cervical Cancer Surgery?

I had an poeration 5 wks ago to have cervical cancer cells removed and im generally a clean person on the vigina area and since the operation i have had more and more pimples turn up and i think they may be sweat but what do u think.... i know its not a STI cause that got checked
