What Causes Pimples Under Breast With Soreness?

hi i am 15 years of age and have had for quite awhile some pimples under my breats, i noticed a couple of weeks ago that they have started becominod black and tend to leak blood, as i result when this happens i get a tingling sensation down my whole body. my breasts are becoming sorer please help
