What Causes Pineal Cyst In Woman's?

I am 31, female I have a pineal cyst just over 1cm, nodules on my thyroid one on each side one larger than the other both just over 1cm, hysterectomy leaving 1 ovary with constant cysts always over 5cm, just had colonoscopy done due to unexplained weight loss (over 90lbs in a year) where they removed adenoma polyp is there a conection or do I just have horrible luck? I am 5ft 8in and weigh 140lbs
