What Causes Pink Blotches On Back And Chest?

I started out with an inflamed lymph node and now I have quarter size circular rings on my back and a few on my chest which do not itch. The blotches are slightly raised. They are pink/purplish in color. It all started a week ago. I am taking Azithromycin. Can you please tell me what I have.
