What Causes Pink Bumps On The Penis After Having Unprotected Sex?

I have recently had unprotected sex with 2 girls who I didn't know, and who seemed to be "experienced" to say the least. About a week later I developed small redish, pinkish bumps around my penis. I have had genital warts before (about 4 years ago) which were treated and went away. My question is this, do you think this is a flare up from the genital warts I had before or that I possibly contracted a new case? Note that I haven't had very many unprotected sexual encounters besides the aforementioned ones since my last case of genital warts.
