What Causes Pink Colour Clots In Urine?

Hi, I am a 24 year old female and have a gynecology question. I have an appointment tomorrow because I either have bv or a yeast infection. I have had a foul smell for a while down there but didn t have insurance so I waited a while to see a doctor. I just went pee and when I wiped there was a pink color kind of like the start of my period and in the toilet was red/pink clumps. I am on birth control and and not due for a period for a couple more weeks. What is this pink stuff?
