What Causes Pink Discharge Two Days After Intercourse?

I am not sure if im pregnant. My partner came inside me 3 times on sunday morning. Two days later i got this sort of pink discharge which kind of looked like my period but couldn't have been because I had had my period 2 weeks earlier and I get mine every 4 weeks. Anyway, the "period" went away that same day.
