What Causes Pink Patches On Chest And Neck After Having CT Scan?

Two months after a CT scan (drank fluid& injection),I am still getting pink patches on my chest area and back of my neck. It started at the injection site which was in my arm. There was a issue with some leakage during the test. These spots I have are not itchy or hot, different shapes, and paler in color in the center. Thank you Judy
