What Causes Pink Spots On Legs?

hi my 9 month old daughter had a temperature of 39, but only lasted a day but i noticed the day after she had pink spots but only on her legs i noticed them last night but then faded until we went out today they came up quite alot,i thought it was to do with the heat but they look like pimples but not all of them scattered on her legs nowhere else on her body i have noticed one random one come up on her forehead but thats it, what could this be?
