What Causes Pink Spots On Stomach?

so ive been having a pink spot on my stomach by my belly button for a while now (about 6 months), but i never thought anything of it because its never itched. recently, ive noticed more of these spots starting to spread across my stomach. any idea what this could be? again its flat pink spots
