What Causes Pink Spotting And Cramps Post Having A Miscarriage?

Hi i had a mc on January 24 lasted until feb 3rd. Didnt have sex again until January 13, 16, 20. I don t know if my cycle has changed but started very light orange pink spotting this morning very light cramping here and there. If my cycle didnt change its not due until the first week of march. Could this be a early pregnancy sign or just my body getting back to normal?
