What Causes Pink Spotting, Tender Breasts And Twitching In Stomach?

i had an odd period on july 8 that lasted 5 days but was light pink and runny and only needed a pantyliner. I had prior to that and still have tenderness in my breasts. cramping on and off and twitches every so often in my belly. Now day 17 of a 31 day cycle i have not ovulated. Have not had prior ovulation issues. Could i still be pregnant if negative pg tests. Or is this most likely a cyst.
