What Causes Pink Thick Stringy Discharge Having PCOs?

I have pcos and I usually dont have periods with out medication. On Saturday night (sunday morning) I started having some pink thick discharge. I thought that my period would show at anytime. (I am not on ANY medication.) Up until yesterday nothing changed. It was a pink thick stringy discharge that was mainly just when wiping. I did wear a 2 pads in this amount of time but it was a waste for both of them bc there was only a small amount of anything on them. There has been no pain or burning with urination. I have been constipated and when i would urinate I felt alot of pressure, then it would stop. Any ideas?
