What Causes Pink Vaginal Bleeding?

I had on protected sex yesterday my period shouldn t be due for 5 more days but when I just went to the restroom i whipped myself and i was spotting a lil bit not a bright red but it was every light and pink. Could I be pregnant ? What is happening my period never comes early
