What Causes Pink Vaginal Discharge?

Started with a little bit of pink drainage from vagina when wiped after urinating. Now about three days later after having surgery on my shoulder and getting three doses of antibiotics I have a lot of thick cottage cheese like discharge with brown pink color on it. I inserted my finger into vagina and it came out covered with this cottage cheese stuff. There is no smell to it and my labia itches and inside vagina itches and is red around labia. I take birth control pills and am in a monogomous relationship for last two years. Any idea what this could be.. is it just yeast infection? I've had those before but never inside vagina with this thick discharge and no smell at all.
