What Causes Pinkish Color Hard Blister Like Mole?

I have a mole or maybe a sunspot that was flat with loose skin for some time and then it just suddenly blistered up and bled a bit. It is a pinkish color now and has stopped bleeding but still has a blister look that is harder to the touch than a blister. Could you please advise what may be the causes?
