What Causes Pinkish Discharge After Taking Pill Vaginally For Yeast Infection?

i think i have a yeast infection however i took the pill that u insert in the vagina earlier this morning , i have now noticed that i have a lot more dishcharge and that it is kinda pinkish, Should i be worried or is it ust the cream and the pill leaking out? (it did say to do this at bedtime not in the morning)
