What Causes Pinkish Red Blood In Urine?

My 9 year old daughter has some blood when she urinates, she isn't in any pain but it's been there since this morning. I am very worried. She doesn't like wearing pants so I'm wandering if it's a urine infection? It's pinkish rather than bright red however it is after she has been to the toilet that it's there when she wipes. Can you please help?
