What Causes Pinkish Spots On Legs And Torso And Puffy Eyes?

I have oval pinkish spots all over my legs and torso. Under my eyes are also all puffy. A few nights ago I woke up with the inside of my elbow hurting and it hurts to straighten my arm. My middle finger on my other hand also hurts and last night my foot started hurting. What's wrong with me?
