What Causes Pinkish Swelling At The Penis Head After Feeling Something Like An Insect Bite?

I have a problem where something is biting inside my penis head where i got pimple like swell pink in colour and also on balls something is biting at night more and day sometime need the treatment for it and Its from one week getting pain at head need treatment.
