What Causes Pinkish Tear In Children After Having A Fall?

Hi, I am asking on behalf of a friend.She is a little worried about the fall her 3 year old had a moment ago.The child fell off the bed - (didn t notice she was at the edge), did a back flip and landed on her back. What was worrying was, when the child cried, her tears were pinkish - like there was blood(?) in the tears. The mom checked but couldn t find any cut on/in her eyes. What might have caused the pinkish tears please? Many thanks
