What Causes Pinkish Vaginal Discharge?

I am 41 years old. I have been getting cortizone injections for sciatic issues over a period of months. Noticed in Dec some light pink discharge on toilet paper in between periods. The same in Jan and now in Feb light brown discharge in my underwear and some light pink on toilet paper. Is this a concern?
