What Causes Pins And Needles Along With Numbness In Arm?

I have been experiencing some pins and needles in my right arm (mostly my hand) over the last few days, very sporatic, and today my right arm feels tight and kind of heavy but there s very little tingling. It s not numb and I can use it normally, but it feels like I ve been typing too much (which I haven t). I don t seem to have any other symptoms. Should I be worried about a stroke?
