What Causes Pins And Needles From Leg To Feet Post Lumbar Fusion?

I had a lumbar fusion two weeks ago, I now have sever pins and needle going down my left leg to my feet. It hurts really bad I haven t had my post operative visit and I m wondering what it could be. The muscle along the inside of my left leg feels like is pulling when the pins and needles aren t present. Thank you
