What Causes Pins And Needles In Feet Along With Dizziness?

I am calling about my husband. He is feeling weak and dizzy. He has very bad knees and probably needs knee replacement. He was to the doctor in December and had a stress test and EKG and an Eco cardio gram all in normal range. He has high blood pressure and it taking hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg daily. His ankle do swell. Today he vomited. He also says he has had pins a needles in his feet. He does not have temperature. YYYY@YYYY
