What Causes Pins And Needles In Hand, Lower Back And Abdomen?

Several days ago I started experiencing pins and needles in my right hand, lower back and abdomen. Over the last couple of days it s spread to my entire trunk, and both hands and has been chronic all day, everyday. The trunk is not terribly painful, but I feel really fatigued at the end of the day as just the friction of a t-shirt is overstimulating. However, the feeling in my fingertips is painful and sometimes makes my hands stiff. I m recovering from a shoulder injury I sustained last December. I took a hard fall on it, and overused it in general in my very physical job, but the MRI didn t reveal that anything was broken or torn. For about a month I was unable to use it at all. I lost range of motion and it was very painful. I was given cortisone shots three weeks ago. I m wondering if these things might be connected and how concerned I should be about the pins and needles.
