What Causes Pins And Needles In Neck Radiating To The Arm?

From my neck down my right arm on the inside , I have been getting strange movements, its almost like pins and needles. Its annoying, also frustrating, especially when I am in bed. I run every morning, and I am pretty healthy for my age, so this is driving me crazy. Thank you.
