What Causes Pins And Needles In The Body Of A Child?

Is it normal for my 6 year old to be complaining of pins & needles most mornings when she wakes up ? She has been diognosed with esophagus problems of which she has a steroid inhailer for and also suffers reflux & allergies to various things . Has this anything to do with her problem ? Is there reason to worry pls ? Many thanks Liz
