What Causes Pins And Needles In Toe And Tingling Sensation In Foot?

Good evening! About a month ago, I noticed a bruise under my left big toenail towards the Luna. A few days ago, the same toe felt like a nail was hammered into it when I awoke one morning. Today, a red line appeared on my skin just below the nail and has progressively moved up my big toe... It hasn t quite reached my metatarsals yet. But has moved at a constant rate and continues to move. The toe has a pins and needles sensation, and at times, my entire foot feels a tingle sensation. Is this something to be concerned about?
