What Causes Pneumonia, Rolling Pain In Ribs And Back?

I have had a Liver transplant 4years ago. But I yjink this is different. I am on oxygen (4-6) And this week I bent over & I felt a um rolling pain around my rib & now I am still in pain & my back is really hurting too! Oh Yah I have pnuemonia at the moment.No money to pay. sorry
