What Causes Poking And Fluttering Feeling In The Abdomen Having PCOs?

hi i have been feeling baby kicks /fluttering for 3 weeks, has gotten strong over last week. i have done pregnancy test at home, 4 of them all negative. last friday when i was feeling them a lot a started pushing and poking hard on stomach , couple hours later i was having a light bleed. i should mention i have pcos andnever get period unless on pill
