What Causes Poor Appetite And Nausea After Taking Micropil?

On the fifth day on my last period I took micropil. Then it was only for three days then I stop taking it because I'm having a bad appetite and I always feel like throwing up. Two days after not taking it I was bleeding. I wander if its because of the pill or if its continuous period? Cos just last month I also had a long menstruation period of 3 week. And now is it possible that I might get fertile with this or how long may this bleeding take?
