What Causes Popping Noise In Vagina While Having Sex?

So dont know how to say this, but this is question about sex. something that happened.Me and my girlfriend were having sex (not the first time by a long shot). but we heard a popping noise and now she is in alot of pain. she is not pregnant nor bleeding.
