What Causes Popping Sensation Around Ribs?

Female, 30 years old, 95 kg. I have this weired bubbles/popping feeling by my ribs on the left side, sometimes i feel it all over my stomach, it doesnt hurt but feels really strange, i also have really bad hartburn the last two weeks. Is it just trapped gas or maybe something serious?
