What Causes Positive Cocaine Result While On Dialysis?

I m currently on dialysis and I m a diabetic with all the medications that on taken I m also on parole and I do mouth swabs and it came back positive for cocaine since I m on this treatment could that cause me to have a false negative or a false positive for cocaine
